This small meeting space is located on the third floor, it is ideal as an overflow room for any larger events in the The Main Hall or as an office or green room for this space. With the excellent AV functionality in this room you will even be able to hear and see what is happening in The Main Hall without missing the action.

Room hire varies significantly by space and capacity: Room 204 (20 people boardroom) costs £350 + VAT (reduced from £700 rack rate), Room 201 (72 people cabaret) costs £50 + VAT per person with 50-person minimum, Main Hall (280 people theatre) costs £1,500-£4,500 + VAT with £1,800 + VAT minimum catering spend. Most rooms include standard AV equipment in the hire price.

Standard AV package includes 85" LCD monitor, 2x repeater monitors, mini PC for presentations, lectern with microphone, Wi-Fi, and AV support. Main Hall includes PA system, 2x LCD projectors, multiple microphones (lectern, roving, lapel, tabletop), and infra-red hearing system with dedicated AV technician.

Day Delegate Rate (DDR) packages range from £50-£89 + VAT per person including room hire, multiple tea/coffee breaks, and lunch. Individual catering: sandwich lunch £20 + VAT per person, tea/coffee £4.85-£6.10 + VAT per serving, canapés £22-£62.50 + VAT per person depending on quantity. Hot fork buffet available as upgrade for additional £8-£10 + VAT per person.

10% deposit required in advance via card payment for bookings. Some quotes mention 100% prepayment required based on contracted minimum. Additional costs after booking are invoiced separately or added to final bill if close to event date.

Security is mandatory for events running past 19:00 at £25 + VAT per hour with 4-hour minimum shift. Weekend events incur additional £500 + VAT staff fee. Evening staffing charges apply at £25 + VAT per hour for events extending beyond standard hours.

Room capacities vary by layout: Room 201 holds 72 people cabaret or 100 theatre style, Room 204&205 combined seats 100 theatre style, Main Hall accommodates 200 cabaret/280 theatre/300 maximum capacity. Minimum delegate requirements apply: typically 50-80 people for larger spaces, 20 people for smaller boardroom-style rooms.

Standard daytime events typically run 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm. Evening hire available from 18:00 onwards. Room setup is completed prior to event start time, and clients can access spaces from their contracted start time. Extended access may be available but should be confirmed when booking.

Multi-day bookings are possible but may require higher minimum daily catering spends. For example, blocking large rooms for a full week requires £1,000 + VAT minimum daily catering spend in addition to room hire. Pricing may increase for extended bookings that block prime venue spaces.

One-hour drinks reception costs £20-£28 + VAT per person (£25 standard, £28 with Prosecco). Three-hour drinks packages available at £55 + VAT per person. Cashless or account bars available with £750 minimum spend - if minimum not reached, remainder is added to final bill.

The venue can support hybrid events with built-in AV systems including LCD projectors, screens, multiple microphone options, and Wi-Fi throughout. An AV technician is included with Main Hall bookings and available for other spaces. Clients may bring additional filming/recording equipment as needed.
