Nestled between ALT and BACKSPACE, our SHIFT room can accommodate up to 80 attendees in theatre setup. The room comes equipped with a projector. This room is only available as part of a Full Venue Hire.

Frequently asked questions

CodeNode requires a minimum budget of approximately £10,000 for events. Events with budgets under £1,000 are not suitable for the venue, as indicated when a £1,000 budget for 40 people was declined.

The Alt/Tab Room costs £5,000 + VAT per day (9am-6pm) and accommodates up to 96 people in cabaret layout. Full venue hire is available at £20,000 + VAT, which includes multiple spaces and comprehensive AV equipment in the main CTRL room.

The Alt/Tab Room holds up to 96 people in cabaret layout, while the Alt/Tab space can accommodate 150 in theatre style for £2,000 + VAT. The main CTRL room can handle larger events as part of full venue hire packages.

Standard venue hire runs from 9am to 6pm. Early access from 7am-8am costs £1,000 + VAT, while evening access from 5pm-6pm for drinks receptions is often waived when booking drinks packages.

Basic AV equipment is included with the Alt/Tab Room hire. The CTRL room includes 3m x 5m projection screens, stage with lighting, PA system with 8 microphones, loudspeakers, uplighters, comfort monitors, and repeater screens with in-room technicians.

CodeNode recommends Easy Gourmet for catering (info@easygourmetcatering.co.uk). Full-day delegate rates start from £32 per person + VAT, with premium options at £40 per person + VAT including breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day.

Audio production packages start at £3,000-£4,000 + VAT per day for the CTRL room. Breakout room audio packages cost £750 + VAT per room per day, with additional microphones at £80 + VAT each and production laptops at £300 + VAT per day.

Drinks packages cost £20-£30 per person + VAT depending on duration and selection. Two-hour packages with unlimited beer, wine, cider and soft drinks are available, with canapé packages starting at £29.50 per person + VAT (minimum 100 people).

Exhibition space is available in the ESCape breakout area as part of full venue hire packages. The space can accommodate multiple exhibition stands, with power provided for basic exhibitor setups as part of the venue hire.

CodeNode offers site visits for interested clients and provides quotes following initial enquiries. The venue sales team conducts calls to discuss event details and can arrange 3D venue tours for planning purposes.
