The Frobisher rooms are ideal spaces for both smaller meetings and syndicate work, with 6 individual conference suites each seating up to 50 delegates in theatre style or 16 delegates in boardroom style. The suites are separated by removable sound proofed partitioning, allowing complete flexibility in combining these rooms to create larger flat floored spaces. When all partitioning are removed 2 large rooms accommodating up to 170 delegates in theatre style or 100 in classroom style each are created. There is a built in projector screen and a LCD projector to make giving presentations easy.

The Frobisher Suites consist of 6 individual rooms that can be combined using removable soundproof partitioning. Individual rooms seat up to 50 theatre or 16 boardroom style. When combined, you can create larger spaces accommodating 10-170 theatre, 24-100 classroom, 16-32 boardroom, 24-96 cabaret, 50-175 reception, or 50-150 fork buffet.

All Frobisher rooms include LCD projector (8000lms with WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution), built-in front projection screen, Click Share wireless presentation technology, and Wi-Fi. The rooms also have natural daylight and air conditioning.

Tenancy times include setup and breakdown. The venue recommends allowing 1.5 hours for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown. For additional hours beyond the standard day hire period, you must speak to your sales contact for pricing.

Invoices must be paid prior to the event going ahead. Contracts must also be signed before the event can proceed. The venue requires both payment and signed contracts to confirm bookings.

Yes, there is an informal central 'hub' area located adjacent to the Frobisher Suites that includes a cloakroom and reception area. This space is ideal for registration, catering breaks, and networking during conferences.
