Exclusive venue hire costs £20,000 + VAT for 8am-5pm access and includes all six modern event spaces, the Ctrl Room, ESCape breakout area, reception area, private networking space, SpaceBar, and all basic AV equipment. This represents a significant discount compared to individual room bookings.

Basic AV is included with room hire, but enhanced packages cost extra: Ctrl Room Audio Package is £4,000 + VAT per day, Breakout Room Audio Package is £750 + VAT per room per day. Additional microphones cost £80 + VAT per mic per day, production laptops are £300 + VAT per laptop per day, and branded digital gobos cost £400 + VAT per disc.

CodeNode recommends Easy Gourmet for catering with DDR packages starting from £32 + VAT per person (Sands DDR) up to £59.99 + VAT per person for full-day packages including breakfast, lunch, tea breaks, and refreshments. Canape packages cost £29.50 + VAT per person (4 pieces, minimum 100 people). All catering is provided by external suppliers.

Drinks packages cost £20 + VAT per person for 1-hour packages or £30 + VAT per person for 2-hour packages with unlimited beer, wine, cider, and soft drinks. Evening hire extensions beyond 6pm typically cost £1,200 + VAT per hour, though this may be waived with drinks packages.

Based on venue responses, CodeNode is not suitable for events with budgets under £1,000 for 40 people. Most successful bookings have budgets starting from £10,000+ for conferences and corporate events, with the venue being positioned as a premium tech-focused space.

Standard venue access is 9am-6pm, with early access available from 7am-8am for £1,000 + VAT. The venue has a large loading bay and goods lift for easy equipment delivery. Setup periods can be arranged the evening before for AV testing and exhibitor setup, typically in 3-hour windows.

The ESCape breakout area (5,000 sq ft) can accommodate up to 30 exhibitor tables and serves as networking space. This area includes ceiling-mounted screens, projectors, and LED uplighters. For exclusive hire, this space is included at no additional cost, otherwise it's £5,000 + VAT per day.

CodeNode offers in-house audio and event recording services. Single-camera recording to SSD is available, along with hard-wired line-level feeds for external streaming partners. Breakout Room Audio & Video Package costs £2,000 + VAT per room per day for streaming/recording capabilities.
