The Retreat summer party package is priced at £99.00 per person excluding VAT. The package accommodates 30 to 800 guests and includes diverse street food stalls, sustainable wine selection, refreshing cocktails from the London Essence bar, and exclusive Helles Lager brewed with Braybrooke Brewery. Limited dates remain for July and August.

The Brewery can accommodate events ranging from 30 guests up to 900 guests depending on the space and event type. The Retreat courtyard space specifically handles 30 to 800 guests, while individual rooms like Queen Charlotte can host up to 200 guests for meetings, drinks receptions or dinners.

Security guards/fire marshals are mandatory at £395 excluding VAT per guard. The requirement is typically 1 guard per 100 guests, with some events requiring additional guards based on the specific setup and duration.

Day Delegate Rates vary from £85-£155 excluding VAT per person depending on the package. DDR packages typically include exclusive room hire, audio PA system, food stall lunch with water and cordials, coffee breaks, complimentary snacks, iced water throughout the day, full event management support, complimentary cloakroom, Wi-Fi connectivity, LED lighting systems, and digital room signage.

There is a minimum AV spend requirement that ranges from £1,000 to £35,000 excluding VAT depending on the event size and complexity. Basic setups start at £1,000 ex VAT for smaller events, while larger conferences may require £15,000-£35,000 ex VAT minimum spend for comprehensive audio-visual support.

Christmas dates cannot be held due to high demand and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The venue features annual themed Christmas parties with 2025's theme being 'The Midnight Carnival', and daytime availability runs from 7am until 5pm as evening slots from 6pm are reserved for Christmas parties.

Exclusive venue hire varies significantly based on the spaces and duration. Examples include £23,493-£28,493 ex VAT for daytime venue hire (excluding Grubstreet Cellars), £8,000-£13,000 ex VAT for King George III evening hire, and overnight holds ranging from £42,993-£48,000 ex VAT for the full venue.

Catering includes various options from coffee breaks at standard DDR rates to specialized packages. Christmas party packages range from £145-£169 ex VAT per person including themed decorations, entertainment, and unlimited drinks. Canapes are typically priced around £22.80 ex VAT per person, and drinks packages start at £28.50 ex VAT per person for 2-hour unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks.

Some dates have limited availability, particularly popular periods like Christmas and certain Saturdays in October. The venue operates with first and second option holds, meaning dates may be held provisionally pending confirmation from other clients. Access times vary but typically events can run from 7am to 1am depending on the space and event type.

Brewery Technical Support Managers are available at £900 excluding VAT per manager. For larger events, multiple technical managers may be required. Basic audio PA systems are included in DDR packages, but additional AV requirements fall under the minimum AV spend commitments which vary by event complexity.
