Screen 1 (249 seats) costs £3,839 + VAT per slot on all days. Screen 3 (81 seats) costs £1,249 + VAT per slot on all days. Weekend slots are fixed time periods: 12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm, or 8:30-11:30pm, with pricing doubled if you need multiple consecutive slots.

The hire cost includes screen and projector use, up to 3 handheld microphones, technical support, and a 30-minute to 1-hour technical rehearsal at 10:30am on a weekday prior to your event. Content format conversion costs £500 + VAT if you don't provide DCP format, and there are additional fees for late delivery or missed technical rehearsals.

Exclusive bar hire costs £300 + VAT per hour for up to 250 people standing. If you only need a section of the bar for up to 100 people standing, it's £150 + VAT per hour. The bar can accommodate events alongside screen hire for networking and reception purposes.

Content must be delivered in DCP format 72 hours prior to your technical rehearsal. Technical rehearsals are mandatory and scheduled for 10:30am on weekdays, requiring at least two weeks advance booking due to high demand. You must bring the actual laptop being used on event day for presentation testing.

Standard bar service operates on a maximum tab limit with self-service house wine, prosecco, beers and soft drinks at £6 per person per drink. Cocktails, G&Ts and hard seltzers require pre-ordering. All food and beverage orders must be placed 2 weeks ahead of your event - orders after this deadline cannot be guaranteed.

Weekend slots are fixed periods (12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm, 8:30-11:30pm) at standard rates. Evening slots run 5:30-8:30pm or 8:30-11:30pm. Daytime rates apply pre-6pm (e.g., 5 hours costs £3,000 + VAT). Full day hires from 9am-5pm cost £4,800 + VAT, with setup/breakdown time available at additional cost.

Standard provision includes large screen, projector, and up to 3 wireless handheld microphones. Lapel or headset microphones are not provided and must be hired externally (which can be arranged). Presentations should be in 16:9 ratio full frame, and you'll need to provide your own presentation clicker if required.

Technical rehearsals must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance due to high demand. The venue gets very booked up, with some periods showing no availability for the rest of the year. All event logistics must be detailed on a running sheet, and anything not included cannot be guaranteed on the day.

A branding package is available alongside all events, including use of the canopy or readograph, takeover of all quad posters and digital screens throughout the venue. This allows for comprehensive brand visibility across the cinema's public areas.

Multi-day events can include setup time (e.g., 12noon-5pm at £3,000 + VAT), live event day (9am-5pm at £4,800 + VAT), and breakdown time (8am-12noon at £2,400 + VAT). Half-day access is available the day before events ending no later than 5pm for equipment setup.
