The Agas Harding Boardroom at the Goldsmiths' Centre is ideal for small, intimate meetings of up to 16 people or theatre style events of up to 24 people. Located on the 4th floor of this award-wining building, this event space offers breathtaking views over the roof-tops of Clerkenwell's city-scape. Ideal for small presentations, meetings, boardroom discussions, away days, talks and presentations, it can also be hired in conjunction with the Agas Harding Conference Room as a break-out space.

The Exhibition room costs £1,800 + VAT for a full day (08:30-17:00) with a minimum catering spend of £1,200 + VAT. Evening hire (18:00-22:45) is £2,140 + VAT with a minimum catering spend of £1,600 + VAT. Extensions beyond 17:00 cost an additional £250 + VAT per hour.

The Exhibition room can accommodate up to 100 guests in theatre style, 60 guests in cabaret style, or 40 guests in boardroom style. It is the largest space available and is located on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Full use of AV equipment is included in the room hire, featuring state-of-the-art, user-friendly equipment with a built-in PA system. The venue provides strong Wi-Fi throughout the building and can accommodate screen, projector, clicker, HDMI cable, and flipchart requirements.

The venue operates on half day, full day, or evening basis: Full day (08:30-17:00), Half day (08:30-12:30 or 13:00-17:00), Evening (18:00-22:45). Organizer access typically begins at 08:30, with attendee access from 09:30.

No, external catering is not permitted. Food and drinks cannot be brought in due to the exclusivity contract with their caterers. All catering must be provided through the venue's catering service.

The venue offers various catering options including gourmet sandwich lunches, Future 50 Salad options, tea and coffee service, and drinks packages. They can accommodate dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, halal, pescatarian, lactose-free, and ketogenic options with advance notice.

A deposit invoice is required before the event takes place. Invoices are payable within 30 days, unless the event takes place within 30 days of the invoice date. Purchase order numbers are required for corporate bookings.

Final event details including catering requirements and dietary needs must be confirmed by 4pm the day before the event at the latest. Late dietary requirements can sometimes be accommodated but should be avoided.

No, the venue does not have any private outdoor space available for guests. All event activities must take place within the indoor spaces.
