Whole Venue
The entire museum can be hired out exclusively for large receptions and corporate events in the evening. Our unique location and, galleries and special exhibitions provide the perfect backdrop to any company event. The hire of the whole museum can accomodate up to 2000 people for a reception.
Wilberforce Room
The Wilberforce Room is a flexible, multi-purpose space that can host events for up to 273 guests theatre style, 240 for dinner or 350 standing. Perfect for a variety of different events, from conferences to dinners and parties, the Wilberforce Room has all of the unique charm of a 19th century warehouse, whilst being brought up to date with a state of the art audio-visual system. There is direct access to the adjacent Quayside Room which provides the perfect breakout space.

London Museum Docklands has six stimulating and informative galleries which can be hired together for larger events and receptions. All featuring as part of the museum tour, the galleries are The Thames Highway Gallery, London Sugar and Slavery, Docklands at War, Trade Expansion Gallery, Sailortown, City and River Gallery. These can be hired in isolation or in conjunction with each other and other event spaces.

With original pine columns and exposed brickwork, the Rum Store is a unique and contemporary space against the backdrop of Canary Wharf's only Grade I listed building. It features a private terraced area and is perfect for events, summer parties and BBQs as well as conferences and meetings.

The Muscovado Hall is the museum entrance during the day however can be transformed to provide a stunning backdrop for evening events. With exposed columns and oak wood floors an in-built bar can be erected, making it ideal for dinners and receptions. The whole ground floor can be hired for large receptions up to 400 people.

The Riverside Room, which is located on the right side of the Muscovado Hall as you enter the museum, benefits from its own entrance and private terrace meaning guests can enjoy the Canary Wharf skyline, as well as the stunning atmosphere of the quayside. With exposed brick walls and original wooden columns and floors, the Riverside Room is a flexible space. The private terrace has additional capacity for 350 standing, where delegates can enjoy a break from their event.
