Hire one of London Museum Docklands' versatile and flexible Corporate Hire spaces. Our AV systems can be used for simple presentations to large hybrid events. With our in house Caterer providing a bespoke and tailored menu for your delegates the museum offers a rounded package for daytime events. Frequently asked questions

The Wilberforce Room costs £2,450+VAT per day (9am-5pm) for up to 150 cabaret or 250 theatre layout. The Riverside Room costs £2,350+VAT per day for up to 100 cabaret/theatre or 250 standing reception. The Quayside Room costs £1,300+VAT per day for up to 55 theatre layout. The Docklands Boardroom costs £820+VAT per day for up to 20 people boardroom style.

All rooms include projector, screen, PA system with 1 handheld mic, and Wi-Fi at no extra charge. Additional services cost extra: AV technician £250+VAT, extra microphones £50+VAT each, stage setup £500+VAT, and additional uplighters £25+VAT each beyond the 4 included.

Standard daytime events run 9am-5pm with 8am access for setup. Evening events typically run 6pm-11:30pm with 5:30pm access. Extended hours and earlier access can be arranged but may incur additional charges.

Bovingdons is the in-house caterer for London Museum Docklands. Daytime packages start from £50+VAT per person including three tea/coffee services, lunch buffet, soft drinks, and dedicated staff. Christmas packages start from £162+VAT per person including venue hire, canapés, bowls, and unlimited drinks.

Events are held on first or second option basis until contracts are signed. The venue requires confirmation and signed contracts to secure dates, with payment terms specified in the contract. Dates held on second option may be released to other clients if the first option client confirms.

The venue works with approved external suppliers and can arrange additional services like cocktail masterclasses through their network. Specific requirements like stages must include ramps for accessibility. All events must comply with the venue's accessibility standards as they are a fully accessible venue.

For events over 250 people, exclusive hire of multiple spaces is recommended. The Muscovado Hall and Riverside Room together cost £7,600+VAT (6:30pm-11pm) for up to 350 standing. The Wilberforce and Riverside Rooms together cost £4,850+VAT for conferences requiring multiple breakout spaces.

Yes, charity discounts are available for registered charities. The venue offers reduced rates for charitable events, with discounts applied to the total room hire cost. Proof of charity registration status is required to qualify for these rates.

Yes, the venue accepts filming bookings and offers discounted rates for multi-day hires. Five consecutive day bookings receive discounted daily rates. The Wilberforce Room was quoted at £3,000+VAT per day for a 5-day filming booking, showing the discount structure for extended bookings.
