Woburn Hall at Woburn House

The venue offers two pricing structures: Day Delegate package at £74 + VAT per person (discounted from £89 + VAT, saving £15 per person) or room hire at £3,570 + VAT for 8:30am-5pm. The Day Delegate package can be extended to 6pm, and room hire until 6pm is also charged at £3,570 + VAT.

Woburn Hall accommodates up to 112 people in cabaret style or 180 in theatre style. The Brunswick Room seats up to 29 in theatre style, Foster & Bloomsbury Rooms combined seat up to 32 boardroom style, 32 cabaret style, or 60 theatre style. The Tavistock Room seats up to 72 cabaret style, 40 boardroom style, or 100 theatre style.

Standard equipment includes Windows PC/laptop, 42" comfort monitor, purpose-built brandable stage set, 2x65" side screens, LED backlighting, 4 LED stage spotlights, Yamaha TF-3 digital mixing desk, lectern microphones, up to 5 top table microphones, up to 4 handheld microphones, Roland V-800 vision mixer, high-speed Wi-Fi, hearing loop, and flipchart. A dedicated AV technician costs an additional £400 + VAT.

A 1-hour drinks package with unlimited beer, wine, and soft drinks costs £15 + VAT per person. To include Prosecco, the cost increases to £18 + VAT per person. Drinks packages are quoted in contracts but only added to bookings upon confirmation.

The Tavistock Room requires a minimum of 50 people for delegate packages at £72 + VAT (standard) or £77 + VAT (sustainable package). Other spaces appear to have flexible minimum requirements, with some rooms offered at reduced rates to accommodate client budgets.

Professional streaming/virtual events cost £1,250 + VAT using the 2 PTZ camera system. Video conferencing for hybrid meetings costs £250 + VAT using the Logitech Rally Plus system. Refreshments cost £4.45 + VAT per person per serving. Additional rooms like the Bloomsbury Room can sometimes be provided at no extra charge.

Standard event hours are 8:30am-5pm, with extensions to 6pm available. The venue offers 7-day option holds for bookings. Events typically run during business hours, though specific timing can be negotiated based on requirements.

No external food and beverages are allowed in the venue due to contracts with in-house caterers. All catering must be provided by Woburn House's catering team, with various packages available including arrival refreshments, lunch, and break services.

Bookings require a Purchase Order (PO) to be submitted, after which a signable confirmation document is sent. The venue can hold dates on a 7-day option while clients arrange their booking documentation and approval processes.
