Accommodating up to 400 guests with a private separate entrance leading from Bishopsgate Plaza, the Ballroom boasts state-of-the-art audio, visual and lighting technology to enhance all events.

Regarded as one of the top social, celebratory and conference venues in London, the Pacific Ballroom can also be split into two separate sound-proofed rooms.

Pricing varies significantly by event type and space. The Pacific Ballroom dry hire costs £17,500 per day (inclusive of VAT). For dinner packages, expect £165 per person (minimum 40 guests) including champagne on arrival, half bottle of wine, three-course menu, and space hire from 18:30-23:30. Day delegate rates start at £160-195 per person with full catering and meeting facilities. All rates include VAT but exclude 12.5% service charge.

The Pacific Ballroom accommodates up to 400 guests and can be split into two soundproofed rooms. Green Dragon and Magpie holds up to 50 guests in banquet layout. Newton private dining room has a maximum capacity of 12 people. Ginger Lily Bar can accommodate up to 150 guests for exclusive hire, with minimum spends ranging from £3,000-10,000 depending on guest count and timing.

All events require 12.5% service charge on top of quoted prices. Security is mandatory for larger events at £27 per hour per officer with minimum requirements (typically 4 officers for 6 hours minimum for ballroom events). TV screens cost £325 when required. Full payment is required upfront along with a signed event agreement to confirm bookings.

Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund. Guest number reductions within 7 business days may result in charges based on original contracted numbers.

Catering varies by space: Newton offers breakfast packages from £45 per person or 3-course dinners at £98 per person with £1,300 minimum spend. Ginger Lily Bar requires £3,000-10,000 food and beverage minimum spend depending on capacity. Canapés start from £25 per person, bowl food from £50 per person. Pre-orders must be placed 7 business days before the event or the culinary team will design a menu for you.

Most events run during standard business hours with flexibility. Day delegate packages typically include 08:00-17:00 access. Evening events commonly run 18:30-23:30, with some extending to 01:00. Newton breakfast meetings operate 09:00-11:30. Setup time is included in hire periods, and extended access can be arranged upon request for additional fees.

Basic AV is included in most packages: integrated 4K LED screens, webcam facilities, WiFi, and background music systems. The Pacific Ballroom includes state-of-the-art audio, visual and lighting technology. Additional equipment like extra screens (£325), specialized staging, or external AV suppliers may incur extra charges. All spaces include WiFi as standard.

The venue frequently declines last-minute bookings (within 24-48 hours) due to time constraints. Popular dates book well in advance, with the venue often fully committed on requested dates. For complex events requiring external suppliers or special arrangements, longer lead times are essential. The venue operates a first-option system and may hold dates temporarily while proposals are considered.

External caterers and suppliers require formal approval through the venue's due diligence process. The venue works with preferred partners for specialized requirements like kosher catering. All external arrangements must be approved in advance and cannot be combined with the venue's minimum food and beverage spends. Additional charges from external suppliers must be settled directly by the event host.
