Minimum spends vary significantly by event type and size. For exclusive hire, the minimum is £45,000 excluding VAT and service charge. Semi-private dining for up to 80 guests requires £15,000-£18,000 including VAT (excluding 15% service). Group bookings start from £150 per person in December. The Speakeasy bar has a £2,500 minimum including VAT (excluding 15% service) for up to 30 guests.

For exclusive hire, the venue accommodates 300 guests standing or 116 seated. The semi-private dining area holds up to 80 guests across multiple tables with drinks reception space near the sushi counter. The Speakeasy bar is limited to 30 guests standing only. All capacities are strictly enforced for safety and service quality.

While there are no hire fees, exclusive hire events require additional charges for security and furniture removal. Security costs £300 for 2 additional personnel, and furniture removal can cost up to £2,000-£3,000 including VAT depending on requirements and final guest numbers. A 15-18% service charge applies to all food and beverage minimum spends.

Evening events typically run from 18:00 to midnight for exclusive hire. Semi-private dining runs from 6pm till close. The Speakeasy bar operates 18:30-21:30 for private events. Access for setup is usually available from 17:00 onwards for exclusive hire events, with guest arrival typically from 18:30.

Semi-private areas are bookable two months in advance. For urgent bookings (events within a week), confirmation is required by 4pm the day after receiving the proposal. Dates are only held upon specific request and require prompt confirmation to secure the booking.

The venue offers various service styles including seated dining (3-course meals), standing receptions with canapés, and bowl food service. They provide canapé menus and beverage books for planning. The venue can accommodate both formal seated dinners and casual standing events with appropriate menu adjustments.

For standing receptions, tables can be removed to create a more open layout, though booth seating remains as part of the fixed layout. The venue can accommodate DJ setups and provides space for entertainment. Furniture removal incurs additional costs and must be arranged in advance as part of the event planning.

The venue has strict minimum spend requirements that cannot be negotiated below the stated amounts. If your budget falls short, they will politely decline and suggest you find an alternative venue. For example, budgets under £45,000 for exclusive hire or under £150 per person for group bookings in December will not be accommodated.
