Exclusive hire minimum spend starts from £25,000 excluding VAT and excluding 15% service charge for some events, but can be as high as £45,000 excluding VAT for others. The service charge rate varies between 15% and 18% depending on the event. Additional mandatory costs include security at £300 and furniture removal up to £2,000 including VAT.

The venue can accommodate a maximum of 300 guests standing or 116 seated for exclusive hire. For semi-private areas within the restaurant, the capacity is up to 80 guests standing across multiple tables with drinks reception space near the sushi counter. The Speakeasy bar accommodates up to 30 guests standing only.

Evening events typically run from 18:00 to midnight for exclusive hire. Semi-private events run from 6pm till close. The Speakeasy bar events are usually 18:30 to 21:30. Access for setup is generally available from 17:00 onwards for exclusive hire events.

Security is mandatory at £300 for exclusive hire events. Furniture removal costs up to £2,000 including VAT depending on requirements and final guest numbers. All prices exclude the service charge which ranges from 15% to 18% depending on the event type and space.

Semi-private areas are bookable two months in advance. For urgent bookings, confirmation may be required within 24-48 hours (as short as by 4pm the following day for next week events). Dates are only held upon specific request and are not automatically reserved.

Three main options are available: full exclusive hire (300 standing/116 seated, £25k-£45k minimum), semi-private restaurant area (80 guests, £15k-£18k minimum including VAT), and the Speakeasy bar (30 guests standing, £2.5k minimum including VAT). For standing receptions, tables can be removed to create a more open layout, but booth seating remains in place as part of the fixed layout. Furniture removal incurs additional costs up to £2,000 including VAT depending on requirements and final guest numbers.

Budgets under £2,000 are typically declined as too low for minimum requirements. The Speakeasy bar works for budgets around £2,500-£3,000. Semi-private events need £15k-£20k budgets. Exclusive hire requires £30k-£50k+ budgets when including service charges and additional costs.

No hire fees are charged, but the venue operates on minimum spend requirements. Security (£300) and furniture removal (up to £2,000 including VAT) are mandatory additional charges for exclusive hire.
