Bounce Battersea offers Day Delegate Rates (DDR) packages at £46 + VAT per person for half-day events (includes arrival breakfast or grazing lunch, 1 snack break, unlimited beverages) and £59 + VAT per person for full-day events (includes arrival breakfast, grazing lunch, 2 snack breaks, unlimited beverages). A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remainder due no later than 28 days before the event. All prices are subject to an additional 12.5% service charge.
What are the capacity limits and seating arrangements available?
The venue can accommodate up to 100 delegates in theatre-style seating or 50 delegates in cabaret-style setup. There is a minimum requirement of 40 delegates for events. The space is one large open-plan area without separate breakout rooms, suitable for main plenary sessions only.
What are the operating hours and time restrictions for events?
Conference events can only be hosted from 9am to 4pm, as the venue needs to reopen for evening bookings at 5pm. The venue team opens at 10:30am for site visits. Extension fees apply for any hours beyond the standard conference timeframe.
What AV equipment and technical facilities are included?
The venue includes a projector screen, 2 handheld microphones, lectern, and complimentary Wi-Fi as standard. Additional screens are not available from the venue but can be arranged through their trusted tech supplier F1 Sound for an extra cost. The venue has windows that may allow public visibility during presentations, though curtain solutions can be arranged if privacy is needed.
What additional costs should I budget for beyond the DDR packages?
Furniture hire costs £500 + VAT on top of the DDR packages. Chair hire for 50 chairs costs £611.27 including VAT. Additional AV equipment like extra screens must be sourced through external suppliers at additional cost. All prices are subject to VAT and 12.5% service charge.
How does the booking and contract process work?
To secure your booking, you need to sign a contract and pay a 25% deposit. The venue can accept a signed contract as confirmation with payment following within a couple of days. Contract links and payment links are provided via email, and the venue will hold your date temporarily but cannot hold spaces indefinitely without confirmed booking.
What is the venue layout and how is catering served?
The venue is one large open-plan space with the main presentation area on one side and activity space with saloon tables on the other. Buffet catering is set up within the same space (highlighted areas in the floorplan), not in a separate room. The venue is located at Battersea Power Station with windows facing the public areas.
Can the venue accommodate hybrid events and what are the booking hold policies?
The venue can accommodate hybrid events with screens for PowerPoint presentations, AV equipment, and PA systems. For booking holds, if a date is already on hold for another client, you can be placed on a second hold option. Once you confirm your interest, you'll be moved to first hold 48 hours after confirmation, then can proceed with booking.
