What are the capacity limits and seating arrangements for events at Bounce Battersea?

The venue can accommodate up to 100 delegates in theatre style seating or 50 delegates in cabaret style setup. The space is one large open floorplan without separate breakout rooms, with one side set up for the main event and the other side left as activity space with ping pong tables and saloon tables.

What are the operating hours and time restrictions for events?

Conferences can only be hosted from 9am to 4pm, as the venue needs to reopen for evening bookings at 5pm. The venue team opens at 10:30am for site visits. Extension fees apply for additional hours beyond the standard conference timeframe.

What is included in the Day Delegate Rate packages and pricing?

Half day DDR is £46 per person (excluding VAT) including either arrival breakfast or grazing lunch, 1 snack break, and unlimited teas, coffees, juices and water. Full day DDR is £59 per person (excluding VAT) including arrival breakfast, grazing lunch, 2 snack breaks, and unlimited beverages. Both rates include room hire and AV equipment use.

What are the minimum requirements and additional mandatory costs?

There is a minimum of 40 delegates required for events. Furniture hire costs £500 plus VAT. A 12.5% service charge applies to all DDR packages. Chair hire for 50 chairs costs £611.27 including VAT if additional seating is needed.

What AV equipment is included and what are the limitations?

The venue includes one projector screen, 2 handheld microphones, lectern, and complimentary wifi. Additional screens are not available from the venue but can be hired through their trusted tech supplier F1 Sound for an extra cost. The venue has windows that may allow public visibility during presentations.

What is the booking process and payment structure?

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder due no later than 28 days prior to the event. Both signed contract and deposit payment are needed to confirm the booking, though they can accept a signed contract as confirmation with payment following within a couple of days.

Are there privacy concerns with the venue location and windows?

The venue has windows facing the public areas of Battersea Power Station, which may allow members of the public to see presentations. The venue has hosted many meetings and conferences without issues, but portable curtain rails can be arranged through F1 Sound if privacy is a concern.

What activities and entertainment options are available alongside events?

The venue features 3 ping pong tables and 2 Ping Pong X tables available as part of the activity space. The venue can accommodate both formal presentations and social activities, with one side set up for the main event and the other side available for ping pong and informal networking around saloon tables.
