The Hideaway is a perfect space, tucked away in a corner of the venue for your group to enjoy privacy whilst still being within our main space. The area contains 2 x Classic Ping Pong Tables and has a capacity of 30 guests.




Frequently asked questions

Day Delegate packages are £46 per person (excluding VAT) for half-day events and £59 per person (excluding VAT) for full-day events, both including room hire and AV equipment. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remainder due no later than 28 days before your event. All prices are subject to 12.5% service charge on top of VAT.

The main events space accommodates up to 100 delegates in theatre style or 50 delegates in cabaret style setup. There is a minimum requirement of 40 delegates for Day Delegate packages. Furniture hire costs an additional £500 plus VAT if required.

Conference events can only be hosted from 9am to 4pm, as the venue needs to reopen for evening bookings at 5pm. The venue team opens at 10:30am for site visits. Extension fees apply for any hours beyond the standard conference timeframe.

The space includes a projector screen, 2 handheld microphones, lectern, and complimentary Wi-Fi as standard. Additional screens or technical equipment must be hired through their trusted supplier F1 Sound at extra cost, as the venue doesn't have spare equipment available.

Half-day packages include either arrival breakfast or grazing lunch, plus one snack break and unlimited teas, coffees, juices and water. Full-day packages include arrival breakfast, grazing lunch, two snack breaks, and unlimited beverages. Chair hire for 50 people costs £611.27 including VAT.

The events space has windows where members of the public might see presentations, though this hasn't been an issue for past conference bookings. If privacy is a concern, portable curtain rails can be arranged through F1 Sound for additional coverage at extra cost.

Dates can be held temporarily while you decide, but won't be held indefinitely without confirmation. Second holds are available if a date is already on first hold - you'll move to first hold 48 hours after confirming your interest. Both signed contract and deposit payment are required to secure the booking.

The venue is one large open-plan space with the main presentation area on one side and activity space with saloon tables on the other. Buffet service is set up within the main space (highlighted areas shown on floorplan). There are no separate breakout rooms available at the Battersea location.

The venue can host conferences, meetings, team activities and social events. However, they cannot accommodate events requiring separate breakout rooms as it's one open floorplan. For events needing multiple rooms, they may suggest alternative Bounce locations like Farringdon.
