Friday venue hire starts from £5,000 + VAT, with evening hire at £11,000 + VAT. Catering, production, and security are additional costs on top of the venue hire fee. A minimum food and beverage spend applies in addition to the hire fee.

What is the capacity for film and photo shoots at OXO2?

OXO2 has a standing capacity of up to 400 guests. The space features two interconnected gallery-style rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide excellent natural light for photography and video work.

What are the standard operating hours and can events run until 5pm?

Events typically run from 8:00am-6:00pm. Extensions to 5pm can be accommodated at no additional cost if contracts are signed within the specified timeframe, as confirmed in client communications.

What AV equipment is included for film and photo productions?

The venue includes 4 x 75" professional display screens, 12 x uplighters, 2 x handheld microphones, lectern, and high-quality PA system. Additional production services are available through exclusive partner Vibration Production for audio, video, lighting, branding, staging, and furniture.

What catering options are available during film and photo shoots?

Award-winning in-house catering includes options for 3 servings of tea and coffee, cold breakfast items, mid-morning break bites, sandwich lunch with sides, and mid-afternoon break bites. Bowl food reception packages and bespoke catering menus are also available.

How far in advance must bookings be confirmed and what are the payment terms?

Dates are held for 7 days before becoming joint first option. Contracts must be signed and returned promptly to secure bookings. Deposit payments are required as per contract terms, with full payment possible in advance upon request.

What security and staffing is provided for productions?

Security, event management, and staffing are included in venue packages. Security is mandatory for events and charged separately from the venue hire fee. Cloakroom services are also available.

Are there restrictions on setup times and access for film and photo shoots?

Exclusive venue use typically runs from 08:00-18:00. Access arrangements for equipment setup and breakdown can be discussed with the events team. The venue offers a blank canvas interior that can be fully customized for productions.
