OXO2 is a contemporary blank canvas event space located on the second floor of the OXO Tower on London’s South Bank. It offers breathtaking panoramic views of London’s iconic skyline, including St Pauls Cathedral and Somerset House. With 537 square metres of open gallery space, OXO2 can accommodate up to 400 standing guests and 160 seated guests. The space is versatile and easily customizable, making it ideal for immersive brand events, dinners, receptions, and more. OXO2 is fully accessible and features state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, natural light, air conditioning, and a balcony overlooking the River Thames.

Frequently asked questions

Friday evening hire starts from £5,000 + VAT, with evening hire at £11,000 + VAT. Additional costs include catering, production, and security on top of the venue hire fee. A minimum food and beverage spend applies in addition to the base hire cost.

OXO2 can accommodate up to 400 standing guests and 160 seated guests across 537 square metres of open gallery space. The venue offers flexible layouts including theatre style, cabaret seating, and standing reception formats.

Standard venue access is from 08:00-18:00 for day events. Evening events can extend until 23:59, with some flexibility for later finishes. Extended hours may incur additional costs and require advance arrangement.

The basic AV package includes 4 x 75" professional display screens, 12 x uplighters, 2 x handheld microphones, a lectern, and a high-quality PA system. Additional AV requirements can be arranged through their exclusive production partner Vibration Production.

OXO2 has in-house catering with options including breakfast items, sandwich lunches, tea and coffee service, bowl food receptions, and welcome drinks (prosecco, beer, wine, or soft drinks). All food and beverage is provided by their internal catering team with various package options available.

Security, event management, staffing, and cleaning are mandatory additions to the venue hire fee. These services are not included in the base hire cost and must be factored into your total event budget.

Dates are held on first option basis for 7 days before becoming joint first option. Contracts must be signed within specified timeframes to secure preferential rates. Deposit payments are required as per contract terms, with full payment possible in advance.

Initial proposals are valid for 14 days. Contracts are sent via DocuSign for electronic signing. The venue is now operated by C&H (BWG) Limited (a Broadwick company) following the acquisition of Camm & Hooper, though all existing contractual agreements are honored.

The venue works with preferred suppliers including Vibration Production for AV services. External entertainment like DJs can be accommodated, and there are facilities for additional elements like photo booths and screens for visual content display.

Setup time varies by event type and requirements. For events requiring room transformation (such as switching from conference to awards ceremony setup), additional time and costs may apply. Specific setup requirements should be discussed during the booking process.
