OXO2 is a unique event space located on the Thames River in Central London, perfect for summer parties, receptions, workshops, conferences, product launches, wrap parties and Christmas parties. With a capacity of up to 400 standing guests, the venue offers a black canvas for creating a truly unique event, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and breathtaking views of the London skyline. Frequently asked questions

Friday evening hire starts from £5,000 + VAT, with evening hire at £11,000 + VAT. Additional costs include catering, production, and security on top of the venue hire fee. A minimum food and beverage spend applies in addition to the base hire cost.

OXO2 can accommodate up to 400 standing guests for receptions and parties. For seated events, capacity varies depending on layout - the venue offers flexible configurations from intimate boardroom meetings to large-scale conferences and dinners.

Standard venue access is from 08:00-18:00 for daytime events. Evening events can extend until midnight or 01:00, with some flexibility on finish times available at no additional cost if contracts are signed promptly.

Basic AV package includes 4 x 75" professional display screens, 12 x uplighters, 2 x handheld microphones, lectern, and high-quality PA system. Vibration Production is the exclusive production partner for additional AV, lighting, staging, and branding requirements.

In-house catering team provides all food and beverage services. Standard packages include arrival refreshments, multiple tea/coffee breaks, lunch options, and evening reception packages with canapés or bowl food. Open bar packages and welcome drinks are available for evening events.

Dates are held on first option basis for 7 days before becoming joint first option. Deposit payments are required as per contract terms, with full payment possible in advance. Contracts are sent via DocuSign for electronic signing.

Security is mandatory for evening events, along with event management, staffing, and cloakroom services. Production costs are additional to venue hire, and all quotes are valid for 14-30 days depending on the service.

The venue has exclusive partnerships with Vibration Production for AV/production services and uses in-house catering exclusively. External suppliers may require approval through the venue's vendor setup process.

Venue access can be arranged from early morning for setup, with exclusive use available from 08:00. Setup and breakdown times can be negotiated based on event requirements, with additional time potentially available.

The venue operates as a blank canvas space allowing for extensive customization and theming. Music and entertainment are permitted with DJ facilities available. Specific restrictions on decorations or event formats are not mentioned in available information.
