Frequently asked questions

Friday evening hire starts from £5,000 + VAT, with evening hire generally priced at £11,000 + VAT. Additional costs include mandatory catering, production, and security fees on top of the base venue hire rate.

The venue can accommodate up to 400 guests for standing receptions. For seated events, capacity varies depending on layout - cabaret style seating accommodates fewer guests than theatre or standing configurations.

Events typically run from 08:00-18:00 for daytime hire or evening slots until 23:59. Extended hours until 5pm can be arranged at no additional cost if contracts are signed promptly, though this appears to be a special arrangement rather than standard policy.

Security, event management, staffing, and cleaning are mandatory additions to the base venue hire fee. Production services through exclusive partner Vibration Production are also typically required, with their celebration package included in most quotes.

The venue has an in-house catering team providing all food and beverage services. There is a minimum food and beverage spend requirement in addition to the venue hire fee, though specific amounts vary by event size and type.

Basic AV package includes 4 x 75" professional display screens, 12 x uplighters, 2 x handheld microphones, lectern, and high quality PA system. Vibration Production serves as the exclusive production partner for additional AV, lighting, branding, staging, and furniture needs.

Dates are held for 7 days before becoming joint first option (first come, first serve). Proposals are typically valid for 14-30 days. Contracts must be signed promptly to secure special arrangements like extended hours at no extra cost.

Bookings require signed contracts processed through DocuSign, with deposit payments required as per contract terms. The venue can arrange full advance payment if requested, and vendor setup forms are needed for payment processing.

OXO2 is operated by C&H (BWG) Limited, a Broadwick company, following the acquisition of Camm & Hooper by Broadwick Group. All existing contracts are honored under the new ownership structure.

The venue entrance is located at Level Two of OXO Tower Wharf, accessed via the long staircase on the West side closest to London Eye/Waterloo. Setup times and access arrangements vary by event requirements and should be confirmed during booking.
