The Bar also includes access to the private terrace. An optional late licence until 02:00 costs an additional £500.
What service charges and additional costs apply to events?
All prices include VAT, but a 13.5% service charge applies to the final food and beverage bill as you receive a dedicated team throughout your event. Food and beverage pre-orders are required one week prior to your booking.

Dates are typically held for one week while you make your decision. After expressing interest, you'll receive a contract and invoice to proceed with the booking.
What is the booking process and payment timeline?
After initial enquiry and quote, the venue will place a provisional hold on your date for approximately one week. To proceed, they send a contract of agreement along with an invoice. Food and beverage selections must be pre-ordered one week prior to your event.
Are there different pricing structures for different times of year?
Yes, pricing varies by season and demand. The venue mentions having separate Festive 2024 and 2025 brochures, with the 2025 brochure available around July. Minimum spends and room hire fees can vary significantly based on date and timing.
