The Lounge requires a room hire fee ranging from £2,000-£5,000 depending on timing and duration, plus a minimum spend on food and beverages ranging from £4,000-£7,000. For daytime events starting at 5pm, the room hire can be reduced from £5,000 to £3,500.

The Lounge accommodates up to 60 guests maximum in cabaret style seating. For standing receptions, higher capacities may be possible but specific numbers aren't detailed in available information.

Room hire includes projector and large screen with sound, 2 handheld microphones, lectern, flipchart, and laptop connection capability. All AV equipment is included in the room hire fee at no additional cost.
