The Warehouse costs £325 for 4 hours, £500 for 8 hours, or £650 for a full day. There is a 4-hour minimum hire requirement. No overtime charges apply if you need to run late to complete your shoot.

The Warehouse is the main filming space with outdoor access and large west-facing windows. You can add The Library Lounge across the hall for cast, hair & makeup, crew and equipment storage. Both spaces together cost £1,600 for a full day.

The venue can provide yoga mats, plants for styling, and equipment including stands, lights, poly boards, and sand bags. The space can be cleared and set up according to your requirements ahead of time.

Parking is available a few minutes away at £15 per vehicle for all day. There are no height restrictions, so Luton vans can be accommodated. You can unload directly at the gate for easy access and setup.
