The Studio has a 4-hour minimum hire at £300, with 8-hour bookings at £400 and full day hire at £575. No overtime charges apply if you need to run late to complete your event or shoot.

What spaces are included and can I book additional areas?

The main Studio space can be paired with the Library Lounge across the hall for cast, crew, equipment storage, or as a breakout area. Combined pricing for both spaces is £1,600 for a full day with no overtime charges.

Is parking available and what does it cost?

Parking is available a few minutes away at £15 per vehicle for all day. You can unload directly at the gate for easy access and setup, with no height restrictions for larger vehicles like Luton vans.

What equipment and props can the venue provide?

The venue can supply yoga mats, plants for styling, equipment stands, lights, poly boards, and sand bags. The space can be cleared completely and set up according to your requirements ahead of time.

Can I store equipment or drop off props before my event?

Yes, you can drop off props the evening before your event. The venue provides access codes for entry and has experience accommodating pre-event setup requirements.

Is the space suitable for filming and audio recording?

Yes, the venue regularly hosts audio and video shoots including BBC productions. Sound recording is not a problem, and the space works well for dialogue recording and filming requirements.

What are the capacity limits and setup options for different event types?

The 70 sq m space can accommodate various setups including crescent moon seating (two rows of 10 plus one chair at front), interview setups for 8 people, or cleared space for 6 people in shot with crew. Maximum capacity varies by event type and setup requirements.

What catering and refreshment options are available?

The venue can arrange refreshments at £10 per person and has a well-equipped kitchen available. Each space includes kitchen and bathroom facilities, and external caterers are permitted to use the kitchen for food preparation.

What are the payment terms and booking process?

Full payment is required in advance to secure the booking. Once payment is received, you'll receive detailed access instructions including entry codes, which should not be shared with guests as separate arrival instructions are provided.

Are there any restrictions on event types or activities?

The venue does not accommodate rage room setups or similar destructive activities. However, they are flexible with most other event types including workshops, filming, interviews, proposals, and creative sessions.
