About this space
Kachette's Annex First Floor is a self-contained day-lit studio space, with private street access, or internal access from the ground floor via an original, century-old train station staircase.
The space is available to hire individually for small events and workshops, and has also frequently been used as overflow and back-of-house space for larger events that have hired one, or more, of the ground floor spaces. There are separate bathroom facilities along with a kitchenette and storage, perfect for crew welfare and event support space.
