Frequently asked questions

The Studio costs £300 for 4 hours, £400 for 8 hours, or £575 for a full day. The Warehouse costs £325 for 4 hours, £500 for 8 hours, or £650 for a full day. Both spaces have a 4-hour minimum hire requirement, and no overtime charges apply if you need to run late.

The Studio can be combined with The Library Lounge across the hall for £1,600 per full day. The Warehouse connects directly to The Library. Both combinations work well for events needing separate areas for presentations, breakout sessions, or crew/equipment storage.

Refreshments are available at £10 per person, and both The Studio and The Warehouse have kitchen and bathroom facilities. The venue can arrange catering services, though specific menu details would need to be confirmed directly with the venue.

The venue can supply yoga mats, plants for styling, equipment stands, lights, poly boards, and sand bags. They offer chair setup in various configurations including crescent moon shapes and can arrange tables and chairs as needed. Setup can be done ahead of time for your event.

Parking is available a few minutes away at £15 per vehicle for all day. You can unload directly at the gate for easy access and setup, with no height restrictions allowing Luton vans if needed.

The venue regularly hosts filming including BBC shoots and handles audio recording daily without issues. The spaces work well for corporate training videos and similar productions, with sound not being a problem for dialogue recording.

The venue provides access codes for entry, with separate arrangements for guest arrivals. Equipment and props can be dropped off the evening before your event, and you have flexibility to run as late as needed without overtime charges.

The Studio works well for up to 6 people in shot for filming or small groups, while spaces can accommodate larger workshops and meetings. Various seating arrangements are possible including U-shaped, boardroom, cabaret style, and custom configurations with multiple tables.

Chocolate Studios is accessible but does not have parking close to the venue. For events requiring accessible parking, they recommend their sister venue The ARC in Islington, which has a fully equipped yoga studio available.

Full payment is required in advance to secure bookings. The venue issues invoices once bookings are confirmed and provides detailed access instructions including codes. Spaces can be held on pencil while awaiting client approval.
