DDR packages typically run 9:00am-5:00pm. Evening hire starts from 18:00 and can run until 23:00. Room access is provided from the start time, and setup is completed prior to your event start. Clients can ask for earlier access which will incur a fee.

Standard AV includes 85" LCD monitors, HDMI, Wi-Fi, and AV support. The Main Hall includes enhanced equipment: PA system, dual projectors, multiple microphones (lectern, roving, lapel, tabletop), removal stage, lectern with digital screen and infra-red hearing system. A dedicated AV technician is provided for larger events in Main Hall bookings.

Capacities vary by room and setup: Room 101 or 201 holds 72 people cabaret style or 100 theatre style, Room 204 seats 20 boardroom style, combined Room 204&205 accommodates 100 theatre style, while the Main Hall can seat up to 300 theatre style or 184 cabaret style.
What spaces are included with room hire?
Most room hires have enough spaces for catering with the exception of spaces: Room 201 includes 2nd floor catering space, Room 101 includes 1st floor catering space, and Main Hall includes the 3rd floor foyer area and atrium access for registration. Combined rooms like 204&205 include shared catering areas. These additional spaces are ideal for breaks, networking, and exhibition stands.
What are the bar and drinks service options?
Unlimited drinks packages include house wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options along with complimentary nibbles from-£34 per person per hour. Cashless or account bars can be arranged with a minimum spend of £800.
