Day Delegate Rates (DDR) range from £69-£91 + VAT per person including room hire, multiple tea/coffee breaks, and lunch.
What security requirements apply for evening events?
Security is mandatory for any events running past 19:00, charged at £28 + VAT per hour per guard with a minimum 4-hour shift. For typical group sizes, one security guard is required, making the minimum security cost £112 + VAT for evening events.
What AV equipment is included and what are the technical capabilities?
Standard AV includes 85" LCD monitor/s, HDMI connector and Wi-Fi. Larger spaces include PA systems, multiple LCD screens, lectern and desktop mic, and infra-red hearing systems, ceiling speakers and mics. AV technician support is included with most packages.
Are there additional charges for weekend events or special requirements?
Weekend events incur an additional £500 + VAT staff fee on top of Security staffing. Additional evening staffing costs £28 + VAT per hour.
What are the operating hours and access arrangements?
Standard daytime events typically run 9:00am-5:00pm. Evening hire is available from 18:00 -23.00. We complete room setup prior to event start time, and clients can request earlier access at £500+ VAT.
What drinks packages and bar services are available?
One-hour unlimited drinks reception with house wine, beer, and soft drinks served with nibbles costs from £34+ VAT per person. Cashless or account bars are available with £800 + VAT minimum spend.
