Our signature event space the White Room boasts a stunning glass pyramid ceiling which allows the fresh, white walls to be immersed with natural daylight providing the perfect environment for larger meetings of up to 80 guests theatre style and 30 guests in boardroom style. The room also offers use of the inbuilt BOSE PA system and 75-inch TV screen.




Frequently asked questions

The White Room has varying pricing structures depending on event type. For conferences, room hire is £1,500-£2,000 inc. VAT per day. For receptions and dining events, there's a minimum spend requirement ranging from £2,000-£4,000 inc. VAT on food and beverages, excluding the mandatory 12.5% service charge. All pricing excludes the discretionary 12.5% service charge that will be added to your final food and beverage bill.

The White Room accommodates up to 65 guests for theatre-style seating, 50 guests for seated dining, 65-70 guests for standing receptions, and 30 guests for boardroom-style meetings. The space features a stunning glass pyramid ceiling with natural daylight and includes a built-in BOSE PA system and 75-inch TV screen.

To secure your reservation, 100% payment is required upfront along with a signed contract. Payment details and the contract will be provided upon your confirmation. The venue typically holds spaces on first option for 7 days, though this can vary by enquiry.

Any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date will be subject to the full charge. This applies to all bookings regardless of the event type or duration.

Canapé packages are available at £30 per person for 5 canapés or £45 per person for 10 canapés. Set dinner menus range from £75 per person for 3 courses, £95 for 4 courses, to £110 for 5 courses. House wine starts from £42 per bottle, house champagne from £105 per bottle, and beer from £9-£10 per bottle. All food and beverage pricing excludes the mandatory 12.5% service charge.

External catering is not permitted due to the hotel's health and safety regulations. The venue does not offer dry hire options - all bookings must include their in-house catering services with minimum spend requirements.

The White Room includes a built-in BOSE PA system and 75-inch TV screen as standard. Additional AV equipment is outsourced at £600 inc. VAT, which includes a 75-inch TV screen, setup, and transportation. For music, you can connect your device to play through the speakers, but the noise limit is capped at 65 decibels.

A Daily Delegate Package is available at £130 per person inc. VAT (excluding 12.5% service charge) including room hire 9am-5pm, arrival refreshments with pastries, mid-morning coffee break, working lunch, afternoon coffee break with cookies, meeting stationery, WiFi, and 1 flipchart. Individual refreshment items include tea/coffee at £7-£7.50 per serving, pastries at £12-£15 per serving, and bottled water at £7-£8 per bottle.

Live music is welcome in the space, but DJs are not permitted. Music can be played through the venue's speakers by connecting your device, with a noise limit of 65 decibels. External entertainment providers for activities like cocktail making or chocolate making can be accommodated, and the venue also offers William Curley chocolate tasting experiences at £35 per person for 60-minute sessions.

The venue offers 10% commission on net revenue for bookings made through agents or event planners. This commission is calculated on the net amount excluding service charges and taxes.
