White Room is our signature event space the White Room boasts a stunning glass pyramid ceiling which allows the fresh, white walls to be immersed with natural daylight providing the perfect environment for a meeting.




Frequently asked questions

The White Room can accommodate up to 65 guests for standing receptions and up to 65 guests for seated events. For theatre-style conferences, the maximum capacity is 65 people, while boardroom-style meetings can accommodate up to 26 guests.

Room hire rates vary by event type: £900-£2,000 inc. VAT for meetings and conferences, with some events requiring minimum spends instead of room hire fees. Reception events require minimum spends of £2,000-£4,500 inc. VAT on food and beverages, excluding the mandatory 12.5% service charge.

To secure your reservation, 100% payment is required upfront along with a signed contract. Payment details and the contract will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

Any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date will be subject to the full charge. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

The White Room includes a built-in plasma screen, high-speed WiFi, meeting pads and pens, and an IT Butler for setup and technical assistance. External AV equipment can be outsourced for £600 inc. VAT, which includes a 75-inch TV screen, setup and transportation.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage bills. Sample pricing includes tea/coffee from £7-£15 per serving, house wine from £42 per bottle, house champagne from £105 per bottle, and dinner menus from £75-£110 per person depending on courses.

External catering is not permitted due to the hotel's health and safety regulations. All food and beverage must be provided by COMO Metropolitan London's in-house catering team.

The noise limit in the event space is up to 65 decibels. Music can be played through speakers by connecting your device, and live music is welcome in the space, but DJs are not permitted.

Spaces are typically held on first option for 7 days. If no feedback is received within the specified timeframe, the hold will be released and the space may be offered to other clients.

COMO Metropolitan London offers 10% commission on net revenue for qualified event planners and agents booking events at the venue.
