Minimum spend varies by space and guest count: White Room requires £2,000-£4,500 minimum spend on food and beverages (excluding 12.5% service charge), Private Dining Area at COMO The Halkin requires £2,280-£4,500 minimum spend, and Gridiron requires £1,900-£3,500 minimum spend. All minimums are inclusive of VAT but exclude the mandatory 12.5% service charge.

What are the capacity limits for seated dining in each space?

White Room accommodates maximum 50 seated guests (70 standing), Private Dining Area at COMO The Halkin seats maximum 36 guests (50 standing), and Gridiron seats maximum 22 guests in each section. The Private Dining Area features a distinctive wave-like ceiling with over 7,000 glass receptacles filled with spices.

What are the set menu pricing options for private dining?

Three-course dinner menus start from £75 per person, four-course menus from £95 per person, and five-course menus from £110 per person (terms and conditions apply). All menu prices exclude the mandatory 12.5% discretionary service charge that will be added to the final food and beverage bill.

What beverage options and pricing are available?

House wine starts from £42 per bottle, house champagne from £105 per bottle, Peroni beer £9 per bottle, and Pilsner Urquell £10 per bottle. Canapé options include 5 canapés at £30 per person or 10 canapés at £45 per person, with all prices excluding the mandatory 12.5% service charge.

Can I bring external catering or hire the space as dry hire only?

To secure any reservation, 100% payment is required upfront along with a signed contract. Payment details and the contract will be provided upon confirmation of your booking, and no deposit option is available.

What is the cancellation policy for private dining events?

Any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date will be subject to the full charge. This applies to all private dining bookings regardless of the space or minimum spend amount.

Are there restrictions on music and entertainment for dining events?

Music can be played through speakers by connecting your device, with a noise limit of up to 65 decibels in event spaces. Live music is welcome, but DJs are not permitted in the dining areas.

How long are spaces held on option and what are the booking timelines?

Spaces are typically held on first option for 7 days, though some quotes mention specific release dates if no feedback is received. The venue requires prompt responses to hold enquiries and will release spaces to other interested parties if confirmation is not received within the specified timeframe.

What additional services and fees should I expect?

A mandatory 12.5% discretionary service charge is added to all food and beverage bills. AV equipment is outsourced at £600 including 75-inch TV screen, setup and transportation. The venue offers a 10% commission on net revenue for certain bookings.
