What are the capacity limits for the Events Suite?
The Events Suite accommodates up to 100 people for various event formats. Minimum guest requirements apply to most packages: 55 guests minimum for the full day delegate rate, 50 guests minimum for drinks packages, and 25-100 guests minimum depending on the specific catering package selected.

Standard AV package includes 2x LED media screens, PA system, 2x handheld microphones, fast-speed Wi-Fi, and lectern. Natural lighting is available throughout the space. All technical equipment is included in the room hire rate with dedicated events and front of house team support.

Additional costs include: Security at £500+VAT for full-day events, Club host reception at £500+VAT for 3-hour periods, and Greengage hire (breakout/catering space) at £1,000-£1,250+VAT. Exclusive venue hire adds £5,000+VAT on top of other costs. All prices exclude VAT which is charged at 20%.
What are the standard event timings and setup arrangements?
Standard daytime events run 9am-5pm, while evening events typically operate 6:30pm-9:30pm or 6pm-11pm. Setup and de-rig time is included in evening hire periods (e.g., 6pm-11pm includes setup from 6pm).
