Room hire rates vary by space: Marylebone £750 per day (reduced from £1050), Bond Street £1500 per day, Green Park £750 per day, and smaller rooms like Downing Street and Mayfair at £450 each. Base hire includes Wi-Fi, mineral water, 1 flipchart with pads and pens, 85" TV with HDMI cable, and VAT. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing government rate.

Marylebone accommodates maximum 45 people in theatre setup. Hyde Park holds up to 500 people with flexible configurations including 200 people in classroom layout. Park Lane ballroom seats up to 280 people theatre style or 240 for reception. Bond Street accommodates up to 90 people theatre style, and Green Park holds up to 40-45 people theatre style.

Day Delegate Rates start from £65 per person (reduced from £97) for Hyde Park with minimum 150 people, £75 per person (reduced from £89) for other spaces with minimum guaranteed numbers. Packages include arrival tea/coffee with treats, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments, delegate lunch, room hire 9am-5pm, pads/pens, mineral water, screen, LCD projector, flipchart, and VAT.

Provisional bookings are held for 7 days from quote date. To confirm booking, signed contract and payment must be received by the specified deadline (typically 14 BST on the given date), otherwise the booking is automatically released from the system. Rates quoted are typically valid for 1-2 weeks.

Individual catering includes: unlimited tea/coffee £17.50 per person, tea/coffee with snacks £7 per serving, sandwich lunch £17.50 per person, hot/cold fork buffet £29 per person, working buffet £24.50 per person. Breakfast options range from £3.50 (granola pots) to £22 (full English). Canapes start at £16 for 4 items or £23 for 6 items per person.

Evening room hire for Bond Street is £750 (reduced from £950) with mandatory minimum spend of £900 on catering. Access typically from 6:30-7:00pm until midnight. Drink packages available: 1-hour wine/beer/soft drinks £28 per person, 1-hour with spirits £49 per person, 2-hour with spirits £89 per person, plus 13.5% service charge.

Standard AV includes 85" TV screens with HDMI cables, built-in screens in larger rooms, LCD projectors, flipcharts, and unlimited Wi-Fi throughout. Hyde Park and Park Lane feature built-in stages, dimmable lighting, air conditioning, and hearing loops. PA systems start from £750, microphones from £100, and AV technicians from £750.

The venue allows external AV suppliers and provides power for exhibitor stands. Venues support light branding opportunities including signage and pull-up banners. Evening-before access available for 3-hour setup windows for AV testing and exhibitor preparation. Ethernet ports and stable Wi-Fi suitable for live streaming are available in meeting rooms.

Commission is paid at 10% on gross rate for bookings made through agents or intermediaries. This applies to all room hire and package rates quoted in proposals.

Half-day DDR packages available at £70 per person. Custom timing available such as 12:00-18:00 sessions. The venue offers flexibility for non-standard timing requirements and can accommodate events outside typical 9am-5pm schedules.
