Mayfair is an ideal space for a breakout or more intimate meetings for up to 10 guests. Equipped with a plasma screen the room is fully air-conditioned and has plenty of natural daylight with a view to Oxford Street. Super fast and free unlimited wi-fi and Nespresso machine are included.

Frequently asked questions

The Marylebone room hire is £750 per day (reduced from £1,050) and accommodates up to 45 people in theatre setup. This includes Wi-Fi, mineral water, flipchart with pads and pens, plasma TV screen, and VAT.

Catering options include unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day at £17.50 per person, tea/coffee with snacks at £7.00 per serving, sandwich lunch at £17.50 per person, and hot/cold fork buffet at £29.00 per person. Continental breakfast is £18.50 per person and full English breakfast is £22 per person.

Bookings require signed contract and payment by 14:00 BST on the specified deadline date (typically given 7-14 days from quote). If not received by this time, the booking will be automatically released from the system.

The Day Delegate Package is £89.00 per person for a minimum of 100 people (some quotes show £75 reduced from £89). This includes arrival refreshments, mid-morning and afternoon tea/coffee with treats, delegate lunch, room hire, and basic AV equipment.

Room capacities vary by space: Marylebone holds 45 in theatre style, Bond Street accommodates 70 banquet/100 theatre, Hyde Park seats up to 200 classroom style, and Park Lane holds 280 theatre or 240 reception. Green Park fits 40 theatre style.

Basic room hire includes plasma TV screen with HDMI cable, flipchart, and Wi-Fi. Additional AV costs include PA system from £750, microphones from £100, and AV technician from £750. All rooms have built-in screens and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Some evening bookings have minimum catering spends (e.g., £900 minimum for evening events in Bond Street). Day Delegate Packages require minimum guaranteed numbers of 100-150 people depending on the rate quoted.

Proposals are typically held for 7 days and remain valid for 1-2 weeks. Space is provisionally reserved during this period, but bookings may be offered on a 'shared option' basis where multiple clients can hold the same dates until one confirms with contract and payment.

Commission is paid at 10% on gross rate for bookings made through agents or intermediaries. This is clearly stated in formal proposals and applies to the total booking value.

Events typically run 9:00-17:00 for full day bookings. Half-day rates are available (e.g., £70 per person half-day DDR). Evening events can run from 18:30-midnight, and some venues offer early access from 06:00 for setup when required.
