What are the Day Delegate Package rates and what does it include?

Day Delegate Packages range from £65-89 per person with minimum numbers required (typically 100-150 people minimum). The package includes arrival tea/coffee with treats, mid-morning refreshments, delegate lunch, mid-afternoon tea/coffee, room hire from 9am-5pm, delegate stationery, mineral water, screen, LCD projector, flipchart, and VAT.

What are the capacity limits for different room setups?

Hyde Park accommodates up to 500 people reception style, 400 theatre style, or 200 classroom style. Park Lane holds up to 280 theatre style or 240 reception style. Marylebone fits 45 people theatre style maximum. Bond Street accommodates 90 people theatre style, and smaller rooms like Green Park hold 40 people theatre style.

How long are provisional bookings held and what are the confirmation requirements?

Provisional bookings are held for 7 days from the quote date. To confirm, you must provide a signed contract and payment by the specified deadline (typically 14:00 BST on the release date). If not confirmed within this timeframe, the booking is automatically released from the system.

What catering options are available and what are the costs?

Individual catering includes unlimited tea/coffee £17.50 per person, tea/coffee with snacks £7 per serving, sandwich lunch £17.50 per person, and restaurant lunch £29 per person. Canapé packages range from £16 (4 items) to £28 (8 items) per person. Three-course dinner packages start at £79 per person including reception drink and half bottle of wine.

Are there minimum spend requirements for evening events?

Yes, evening events have minimum catering spends. For example, Bond Street evening hire has a £900 minimum spend on catering, and drinks receptions typically require a £3,000 minimum spend towards drinks and canapés. Room hire rates are often reduced when minimum spends are met.

What AV equipment is included and what additional options are available?

Standard room hire includes 85" TV with HDMI cable, screen, LCD projector, and flipchart. Additional AV services include PA systems from £750, microphones from £100, and AV technicians from £750. The venue can accommodate professional AV setups for larger conferences with multiple screens, staging, and lighting.

Can the venue accommodate hybrid events and what are the technical requirements?

Yes, the venue supports hybrid events with stable Wi-Fi for live streaming and can provide wired ethernet connections. They can accommodate external AV suppliers for professional streaming setups and offer evening access for AV testing and setup before events.

What are the payment terms and service charges?

A 10% commission is paid on gross rates for bookings. Optional 12.5% service charge applies to catering and drinks. An additional 13.5% service charge applies specifically to alcoholic beverages and drink packages. All stated rates include VAT at the prevailing government rate.

Are there restrictions on external suppliers and what access is provided?

The venue allows external AV suppliers and can provide evening access (typically 3-hour windows) for setup and testing before events. Delegate access typically begins from 06:00 for early setup requirements. The venue supports light branding opportunities including signage and pull-up banners.
