All meeting spaces include fast and free unlimited Wi-Fi, LCD projector and screen. The Orient Suite has a drop-down screen and ceiling-mounted LCD, while smaller rooms like The Ghan have plasma screens.

The venue cannot accommodate last-minute bookings due to time constraints and logistics required for handover to the hotel team for final planning. The Meeting & Events office is closed over weekends, making weekend bookings particularly challenging for short notice requests.

The venue offers First Option (priority booking held for 2-5 days), Shared Option (multiple clients can hold the same space with first to contract getting priority), and 2nd Option (another booking has priority but you get second choice). Shared option means there may be more than one booking holding the same dates and space.
