The venue cannot accommodate last-minute bookings due to time constraints and logistics required for handover to the hotel team for final planning. The Meeting & Events office is closed over weekends, making weekend bookings particularly challenging for short notice requests.

The venue offers First Option (priority booking held for 2-5 days), Shared Option (multiple clients can hold the same space with first to contract getting priority), and 2nd Option (another booking has priority but you get second choice).
