The space comes fully equipped with AV and Communications equipment as well as being air-conditioned for your comfort. Located on the first floor, The Rovos Boardroom is nearby to the hotel's facilities and named after South Africa's luxury Rovos trains! This space even has fully adjustable lighting!
The Belle Meeting Room is one of nine elegant rooms at The Clermont Hotel, aptly named after the famous 'Belle' trains that graced British railways in the 20th Century. Our meeting rooms, including The Bell Room of course, are all fully air conditioned with natural daylight to make sure that your presentation, meeting or conference is as comfortable and productive as possible for you and your guests.
The Orient Suite is our most spectacular space here at the Grosvenor Hotel. The name heralds from the great Orient Express, a name forever associated with glamorous destinations and the height of luxury. Marble pillars and fireplaces, a sculpted and elegant ceiling along with glistening chandeliers have been perfectly restored from the Victorian Era give an authenic period touch to the space and emphasising the sense of occasion. The Orient Suite can be arranged into the layout of your choice seating up to 100 guests for a wedding breakfast or 150 for a wedding reception.
Suitable for smaller or more intimate weddings, the Viceroy Room can seat up to 30 guests for a wedding breakfast or up to 40 for a reception. Taking its name from the Indian Viceroy train which crosses the subcontinent from Mumbai to Calcutta, this is another one of our spaces named after international luxury trains.
