CodeNode requires a minimum budget of £1,000 for events. Events with budgets below this threshold will not be accepted, as indicated when a 40-person event with a £1,000 budget was declined as unsuitable.

The Alt/Tab Room costs £5,000 + VAT per day (9am-6pm) for up to 96 people in cabaret layout, including basic AV equipment. Full venue hire is available at £20,000 + VAT, which includes all six event spaces, reception area, and networking areas.

The Alt/Tab Room accommodates up to 96 people in cabaret layout and 150 people in theatre style. The main Ctrl Room can handle 300+ people for conferences, while the venue's total capacity reaches 400-500 people for large events when using multiple spaces.

Basic AV equipment is included with room hire, featuring projection screens, stage lighting, PA system with 8 microphones, and uplighters. Enhanced audio packages cost £750-£4,000 + VAT per day depending on requirements, with additional microphones at £80 each and production laptops at £300 per day.

Standard venue hours are 9am-6pm. Early access from 7am-8am costs £1,000 + VAT, while evening extensions beyond 6pm incur additional charges unless waived with drinks packages.

CodeNode does not provide in-house catering but recommends Easy Gourmet as their preferred partner. Day delegate rates range from £32-£60 + VAT per person, with canape packages at £29.50 + VAT per person for evening receptions.

Full venue hire includes six modern event spaces, the main Ctrl Room, ESCape breakout area, reception area, private networking spaces, green room (Backspace), loading bay with goods lift, SpaceBar, and recreational facilities including ping pong and foosball tables.

CodeNode specializes in technology-focused events, conferences, seminars, and corporate meetings. The venue requires advance booking for site visits and quotes, with some spaces like Backspace only available as part of full venue hire packages.

One-hour drinks packages cost £20 + VAT per person, while two-hour packages are £30 + VAT per person, including unlimited beer, wine, cider, and soft drinks. Evening venue hire fees may be waived when drinks packages are purchased.

The ESCape breakout area provides 5,000 sq ft for exhibitions, networking, and catering, accommodating up to 30 exhibitor tables. This space includes ceiling-mounted screens, projectors, and LED uplighters, and is included in full venue hire packages.
