The Warehouse at Studio Spaces

Studio Spaces can accommodate 300-350 people maximum. The Black Studio specifically seats up to 170 people conference style or up to 300 people standing. The venue offers three expansive, adaptable spaces that can cater to various event formats from intimate showcases to large-scale presentations.

Daily hire fees start at £2,000 + VAT per day (8am-6pm) for the main spaces. The Black Studio costs £3,500 + VAT and includes sound system, lighting, LED screen, and wired microphone. The Onyx Bar is £1,500 + VAT including all staff and security. The Warehouse is £2,500 + VAT.

The venue includes advanced in-house audio-visual facilities with full lighting rig, LED screens, PA systems, and wired microphones. The Black Studio has its own sound system, lighting, LED screen and wired mic included. They have an in-house AV team and can provide additional equipment like small stages for speakers.

The venue has full bar service available with drinks tokens for beer/wine/soft drinks at £8.50 inc VAT each. They don't provide in-house catering but allow external caterers. The Black Studio has its own bar where guests can purchase drinks directly. Working cloakroom facilities are available.

Standard day hire is 8am-6pm, but the venue has a late licence for extended events. They can accommodate events running from evening until early morning hours (e.g., 8pm Friday to 5am Saturday). Specific timing arrangements need to be discussed based on your event requirements.

The venue is primarily a blank canvas space. They don't have chairs in-house - these need to be hired via external suppliers like yahire.com. They can provide small stages for speakers and have a working cloakroom, but most furniture and additional equipment needs to be arranged separately.

The venue has a large loading bay for equipment access. Setup and breakdown times vary by event - some quotes include access from 8am with de-rig until 5pm.
