The spacious Exhibition Room offers the perfect setting from breakfasts to lunches, formal dinners, fine dining and catered receptions. Seating up to 108 guests, it offers - in combination with the grand glass-covered Atrium - the opportunity to explore ever-changing jewellery exhibitions and enjoy a wide range of catering options, all freshly prepared and cooked by our in-house chefs. If smaller dining spaces are required, you can also sub-divide the Exhibition Room through an acoustic wall.

The Exhibition Room can accommodate up to 108 guests for seated dining events. The space can be sub-divided using an acoustic wall if smaller dining spaces are required for more intimate gatherings.
Can I bring my own catering or external suppliers for my dining event?
No, external catering is not permitted due to the exclusivity contract with the venue's caterers. All food and drinks must be provided by the in-house catering team, who prepare everything fresh on-site.
What catering options are available and how much do they cost?
The venue offers gourmet sandwich lunches starting at £28.50 + VAT per person (including cheese, fruits, crudités and dips), with add-ons like the Seasonal Future 50 Salad at £5 + VAT per person. Tea and coffee service is £4.80 + VAT per person, and house brownies are £6 + VAT per person.
Can the venue accommodate dietary requirements and special requests?
Yes, the catering team can accommodate various dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, lactose-free, pescatarian, halal, and ketogenic diets. However, some specific requests like meat skewers may not be available, but suitable alternatives will be provided.
What alcohol options are available and what are the costs?
The venue offers drinks packages including unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks and a glass of fizz on arrival for £26 + VAT per person for one hour. You can bring your own bottles with a corkage fee of £50 + VAT per bottle, or request spirits through their catering service.
What AV equipment is included and what are the technical capabilities?
The Exhibition Room includes 2 drop-down screens, 2 integrated ceiling projectors, free Wi-Fi throughout, and a fully equipped induction loop system. All AV equipment is included in the room hire with no additional charges.
What are the payment terms and when are deposits required?
Deposit invoices must be paid before the event takes place. Final invoices are payable within 30 days, unless the event occurs within 30 days of the invoice date. Purchase order numbers are required for corporate bookings.
Is there outdoor space available for guests during dining events?
No, the venue does not have any private outdoor space available for guests. All dining and reception activities must take place within the indoor spaces.
What are the standard event timings and access arrangements?
Standard timings are full day (8:30am-5:00pm), half day (8:30am-12:30pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm), and evening (6:00pm-10:45pm). Organizer access typically begins 30 minutes before guest arrival, with final details required by 4:00pm the day before the event.
