The venue hire is £2,000 + VAT for exclusive use of the main barn. This gives you sole use of the entire venue during your event time. You will need to supply your own AV equipment as this is not included in the hire fee.

What is the maximum capacity for events at Brookfield Barn?

The venue can accommodate up to 200 guests for events. The main barn is suitable for conferences and corporate gatherings, with flexible meeting spaces available.

What are the access times and setup restrictions?

Access to the venue is available from 12noon on your event day. This means any setup, catering preparation, or equipment installation must occur after this time.

Is catering mandatory and what are the options?

Yes, there is a mandatory catering spend requirement in addition to the venue hire fee. The venue can provide halal catering options and offers day delegate packages starting at £40+ VAT per person, which includes arrival tea/coffee with biscuits, 2-course buffet lunch, and afternoon tea/coffee with brownies.

What AV equipment is provided by the venue?

The venue has a built-in PA system, but you are required to supply your own AV equipment for presentations and laptop connections. The venue does not provide projectors, screens, or other presentation equipment.

Do you hold space for enquiries and what is the booking process?

The venue does not automatically hold space for enquiries - you must specifically request this if needed. To secure your booking, you need to confirm your interest directly with the events team.
