What is the venue hire cost and what does it include?

The main barn venue hire is £2,000 + VAT for exclusive use of the entire venue. This gives you sole access to the space during your event time. You will need to supply your own AV equipment as this is not included in the hire fee.

What are the mandatory catering requirements and costs?

In addition to the venue hire fee, catering spend is required and cannot be waived. A day delegate rate of £40 + VAT per person includes arrival tea/coffee with biscuits, 2-course buffet lunch, and afternoon tea/coffee with brownies. Halal catering options are available upon request.

What is the maximum capacity for events at Brookfield Barn?

The venue can accommodate up to 200 guests according to the venue description. The main barn space is suitable for conferences and corporate events of this size.

What are the access times and setup restrictions?

Access to the venue is available from 12:00 noon onwards. Events cannot begin setup before this time, so you'll need to plan your event timeline accordingly.

What AV equipment and technical facilities are provided?

The venue does not provide AV equipment - you are required to supply your own presentation equipment, laptops, and any wiring needed for your event. You'll need to arrange this separately through an external supplier.

How does the booking process work and are dates held?

The venue does not automatically hold space for enquiries. If you want to secure a date, you must specifically request this to be held, otherwise the date remains available for other bookings.
