Floor 2, the Forman's Smokehouse Gallery, is a chic and unique industrial-style space, reflecting the architectural structure of the Olympic stadium, which it directly faces.
The space is adaptable and has been used for private dinners for 30 people, award dinners for 350, to cocktail parties for almost 1000 people.
Floor 2 has a large reception area with beautifully appointed and artistic cloakrooms. Other features include a large roof terrace (135 sq m) with prime views over the Olympic Park

The Platinum Suite is a self-contained conference centre located in the central boulevard. It is an ideal space for large business meetings, gala dinners, product launches, and award ceremonies. The suite includes a glass fronted entrance, reception area, cloakroom, lounge, registration area, three syndicate rooms, board room, main conference room, organizer and speaker preparation rooms, and an organizer's office. The space offers bespoke catering, specific AV packages, free Wi-Fi, furniture in keeping with the refurbished spaces, dedicated bathrooms, and cloakroom facilities. It is equipped with escalators and lift access, making it easily accessible across all three floors. The suite can accommodate 400–1,100 delegates and offers audio visual packages exclusively provided by on-site partner Anna Valley. Virtual tours are available to help in selecting the best space for events.

Winn's gallery is a perfect small space to have a pop up exhibit whether that may be art, fashion, photography or design. Located in the heart of the park and next to Le Delice café there are lots of people that come and go and pass by the gallery doors. Therefore if you open up your pop-up to the public you are not only eligible for the community rate of £30 a day but you are also making your designs available to a larger scale of people. 

We provide undecorated tables and chairs for you to set up upon arrival. Everything must be cleared and cleaned before your end of hire.

Host eco-friendly conferences at Copper Box Arena, North East London. Perfect for aligning with your green initiatives.

The Copper Box Arena has played host to different conferences and trade shows including Tech Crunch, 24-hour hackathons, product launches, corporate entertainment, business meetings and Christmas parties have all been accommodated within the Main Arena to date.

The flexible auditorium design allows the main seating blocks to be tucked away providing a pillar-free open floor area of 2,712m2 below the surround concourse and upper bowl seating. The venue also has strong reliable WiFi.

The venue has played host to a number of events and is able to host numbers ranging from 300 up to 7,500.

The Main Lecture Theatre is situated at the heart of the Docklands Campus. Before entering the venue, you are greeted with beautiful views of the London skyline and River Thames, overlooking London City Airport. 

The lecture theatre is equipped with all necessary AV equipment required for presentations and talks. There is a main lectern situated at the front of the theatre with a built in microphone. 

Additional microphones can also be provided or panel discussions or roaming microphones for audience participation.
