The Lumiere Underwood flagship venue is home to six unique spaces under one roof offering the perfect location for any business event. The spaces include Lumiere's award-winning New White Loft, New Victorian Loft and Chalet on the third floor, the tranquil Palm Room on the second and the bright and stylish Galeria and Studio on the lower ground floor. The perfect venue for corporate events, conferences, seminars, board meetings, workshops, creative workshops, break-out sessions, training, awards dinners and ceremonies, TV filming, photo shoots, screenings, away days and networking events.



Frequently asked questions

Our spaces are best suited for groups of 50 guests and above, with the Palm Room being our smallest dedicated event space. While we do not offer traditional small meeting rooms, we can accommodate smaller groups as part of a larger booking. We regularly create breakout areas within our spaces to support workshops, team sessions, and multi-format events. For clients requiring multiple smaller rooms or a higher number of breakout spaces, this can be arranged in collaboration with our neighbouring partner venues. Minimum catering numbers may apply depending on the selected package.
