Frequently asked questions

Venue hire starts from £8,500 + VAT for exclusive access up to 15 hours. This includes use of the state-of-the-art PA and lighting facilities, staging, DJ equipment, and photobooth. Some quotes show venue hire at £10,000-£15,000 + VAT depending on the event requirements and duration.

Event staffing and security costs £4,000-£5,000 + VAT and are mandatory for all events. Sound and lighting packages range from £1,500-£4,500 + VAT depending on requirements. Pre and post-event cleaning is £500-£600 + VAT, and chair hire with delivery costs £1,000-£1,500 + VAT for seated events.

The venue can accommodate 100 guests for presentation-style events with chairs in front of the stage while leaving standing room for catering. The venue has full staging, state-of-the-art PA facilities, lighting systems, and DJ equipment available. Two microphones and AV support can be arranged for presentations and conferences.
