Factory 45 is hosting unique and thematic events with various brand collaborations and teamed up with an army of experienced event professionals to make the most significant events to remember. In the era of social media boom, Factory 45 brings people together. It unifies and encourages self-starters entrepreneurs in their late 20's to share their passion for Art, Music and Fashion. Inspired by East Berlin's spirit of fun and indulgence, Factory 45 sits on the site of an abandoned printing factory. It offers several features such as fitness studio, photo shoot area, art gallery...


The main room boasts a theatrical structure which makes the space both characterful and contemporary. The huge ground floor space and stage is overlooked by a beautiful mezzanine. The space is ideal for live shows of up to 1500 people capacity and standing receptions of 1700, but also for large corporate events and awards dinners for up to 200-300 people seated. The cost of £15000 is a general guideline only for dry hire of the venue - please ask us for a specific quote based on your event.


The Waldorf Hilton hotel is the perfect setting for refined celebratory events. Delight guests at private parties and lavish celebrations in the magnificent Adelphi Suite, an extraordinary venue for up to 900 guests for a reception. You can now hire the Adelphi Suite along with Palm Court for the same price if you wish to hold a large-scale event.

An inspirational room on the second floor with a glass roof, air conditioning and an attractive, adjoined roof terrace garden.The room has a basic kitchenette. Toilets situated on the ground floor. This room is suitable for workshops and meetings of up to 80 participants. Please note that there will be an additional care-taking fee of £21.50 p/h inc. VAT for use of the space outside office hours (Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm).

Attendant

Fitzrovia

Formerly a Victorian toilet, built around 1890 and mothballed in the 1960’s, the Attendant has been dormant for more than fifty years before being lovingly transformed. After two-years planning and restoration the old Attendant’s office has been turned into a private seating area and the original porcelain urinals have become an inspired coffee bench with green seating to match the original Victorian floor tiles. Being underground, it makes the perfect venue for filming and photography in an unusual setting.

Noho Studios

Noho Studios is central London's newest blank canvas events and exhibition space, perfect for product launches, press events, dinners, photo shoots, art exhibitions, screenings, drinks receptions and presentations etc Only a two minute walk from Oxford Circus, Noho Studios offers a prime location ground level shop window frontage for product displays and branding with its own entrance directly into 2,000 sq ft of open plan event space with high ceilings, characterful white brick arches and white walls that can be tailored to suit any type of function or event.


Bloomsbury House is located on Bloomsbury Square and offers some of the best meeting and events space in the area. The whole venue is available to hire for special events and filming opportunities. The building has recently undergone a historically sympathetic restoration and is ideal for the most extravagant events with its experienced event team.


Studio Spaces houses three contemporary film and photographic studios. As a former factory, the property retains its industrial charm, while the facilities are expertly designed to accommodate the most prestigious events and high-production. With its industrial charm and high-end finishes this unique venue hosts a diverse range of productions; from brand experiences, stylish conferences to award ceremonies, gala dinners and private parties.
