The Artist's Loft is also an ideal location for film and photo shoots. With its adaptable layout, clean lines, and artistic ambiance, the space provides a versatile backdrop for any creative project. Natural light floods the loft, enhancing its aesthetic appeal, while its spacious design allows for easy equipment setup and movement. The breakout area offers additional space for crew coordination or talent preparation, ensuring a smooth and productive shoot. Frequently asked questions

The venue charges £600 + VAT for a half-day booking and £800 + VAT for longer shoots. Prices may vary slightly depending on specific event requirements and dates. Late night bookings incur higher fees than standard daytime rates.

The Artist's Loft has a maximum capacity of 15 people, making it suitable for smaller production crews. The venue is not suitable for larger productions requiring more than 15 people on site.

Payment of the booking fee is required at least 7 days before the event via bank transfer or payment link (2% Stripe fee applies to payment links). A refundable damage deposit of 30% of the booking fee is also required at least 7 days before the event, refunded within 7 days after the event if no damage occurs.

Equipment delivery and storage the day before your shoot is possible but incurs an extra fee, with the exact amount to be discussed with the owner. This is particularly relevant if there's an event the day before that finishes at 6pm.

There is metered on-street parking close to the venue (8:30am-6:30pm, maximum 4 hours). Outside these hours, parking is free and unlimited. The nearest multi-storey car park is at 11 Clere St, London EC2A 4LJ, open 6:30am-7pm.

You must submit your company's certificate of liability insurance and sign a location agreement before the event. These are mandatory requirements that must be completed as part of the booking process.

The space is not suitable for events with loud music or noise due to nearby neighbours. Live band performances and similar noisy activities are not permitted at this venue.

The Artist's Loft features exposed brick walls, high ceilings, large white walls, natural light, and a large screen. The space includes sofas that are still available and provides an adaptable layout with clean lines and artistic ambiance ideal for creative projects.

After providing event details, they are shared with the owner for final confirmation and a final quote is provided. Upon quote confirmation, you must sign the location agreement, pay the booking fee and damage deposit at least 7 days before the event, and submit liability insurance.

Post-event cleaning is included in the hire price. However, if you require any additional cleaning during the event, this will incur an additional charge that must be arranged separately.
