Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge Hotel's Trinity suite is a generously-sized events space, situated on the Lower Ground floor of the property. Offering a total of 500 people, the room may be hired as a single space, or split into the Salisbury and Warwick suites for smaller events. The Trinity suite is ideal for hosting product launches, exhibitions, live webcasting sessions, dinner dances, conferences, gala dinners and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).




Frequently asked questions

Trinity suite costs £8,100 incl VAT per day (reduced from £10,500). Additional syndicate rooms America and Ludgate cost £1,300 each per day (£2,600 total, reduced from £4,000). The Prescot Suite costs £1,000-£1,400 per day, and smaller rooms like Garrick Suite cost £400 per day.

Trinity suite accommodates maximum 237 people in classroom layout, 450 guests with dance floor for parties, up to 700 in theatre style when combined with Goodmans suite. For conferences, it can seat 420 in cabaret style when Trinity and Goodmans are combined.

DDR costs £69-£99 per person incl VAT depending on date, with minimums of 12-16 delegates for smaller rooms or 250-400 for large events. It includes room hire, arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning and afternoon refreshments, 2-course buffet lunch, projector/screen, flipchart, stationery, Wi-Fi, signage, and dedicated event planner/manager.

Basic projector and screen are included, but PA system costs £350-£950 incl VAT, microphones £66 each, and AV technician is mandatory at £550-£648 for maximum 8 hours when booking 2 or more microphones. External AV setup costs additional £750 incl VAT per day.

Venues operate on 'Joint 1st option' holds where multiple clients can hold the same space simultaneously. The first to return a signed contract within three working days gets exclusive use. Hold periods typically require decisions within 24-48 hours of the deadline specified in quotes.

Separate catering spaces like Harpley suite require minimum spend of £4,500 incl VAT on food and beverages. If minimum isn't reached, the shortfall is allocated as room hire. For drinks receptions, minimum spends of £4,000-£14,000 incl VAT apply depending on the space and event size.

Standard events get complimentary access from 8am-10am on event day. Setup the night before costs £10,000, and breakdown after 5:30pm until 11pm costs £10,000. Loud music must end at 11pm (midnight for parties), with only soft background music until midnight (1am for parties).

External caterers must provide current employer's liability insurance (minimum £5 million), public liability insurance (minimum £5 million), health and safety documents including HACCP, hygiene certification, food hygiene training records, food safety certificates for all chefs, and Certificate Level 2 qualifications.

Security costs £24 per hour with a minimum 6-hour booking requirement. This appears to be mandatory for certain event types, particularly evening events with alcohol service or large gatherings.

DDR rates vary significantly by date, ranging from £69-£119 per person. Rates are higher during peak periods, with September dates at £99pp compared to July/October at £69pp. Room hire rates also fluctuate, with Trinity suite ranging from £8,100-£10,500 depending on demand.
