Situated on the Lower Ground floor of the property, Trinity & Goodmans suite offers a total capacity of 750 people. The room may be hires as a single space or separated into four separate suites, depending on the type of the event. The suite is ideal for hosting product launches, exhibitions, live webcasting session, dinner dances, conferences, gala dinners and Annual General Meetings. By booking the suite, you also get an access to the private indoor Atrium and two spacious Foyers which are the perfect space for the catering and exhibition.




Frequently asked questions

The Trinity suite costs £8,100 incl VAT per day (reduced from £10,500), while adding Goodmans suite costs an additional £2,500 incl VAT. Day Delegate Rates range from £69-£99 per person incl VAT depending on date and minimum numbers required. Minimum spend options are also available, such as £14,000 incl VAT with 50% required on food.

Trinity suite accommodates up to 237 in classroom layout, 250 in theatre, or 100 in cabaret. When combined with Goodmans, the space can hold up to 700 in theatre style, 450 with dance floor, or 420 in cabaret layout. The maximum overall capacity is 750 people when using the full space.

America and Ludgate suites (part of Trinity & Goodmans) are included in DDR packages and hold max 36 boardroom or 90 theatre each. Additional breakout rooms include Bartholomew, Harpley, Beaumont, and Sidney suites at £2,500-£3,500 each, accommodating 64-100 people. Prescot suite costs £1,000 and holds 32 cabaret or 50 theatre.

Basic projector and screen are included in room hire. Additional AV costs include PA system £250-£950, microphones £66 each, AV technician £550-£648 (mandatory if using 2+ microphones), stage blocks £54 each, and external AV £750. Lectern costs £64 and various other equipment is available upon request.

The venue operates on a 'Joint 1st option' system where multiple clients can hold the same space simultaneously. The first client to confirm with a signed contract within three working days secures exclusive use. Option holds typically expire within 24-48 hours if no decision is made.

Foyer A & B and the private indoor Atrium are included for catering and exhibitions. Some events require minimum spends ranging from £4,000-£14,000 incl VAT on food and beverage. Day Delegate Rates include arrival refreshments, mid-morning/afternoon breaks, and 2-course buffet lunch.

Standard access is from 9am on event day, with setup from 10am for dry hire events. Evening events allow setup from 6pm. Loud music must be turned down at 11pm (23:00), with only soft background music permitted until midnight. Events must end by 1am (01:00).

External caterers must provide employer's liability insurance (£5 million minimum), public liability insurance (£5 million minimum), health and safety documents, HACCP certification, hygiene certificates, and food safety training records. Security is available at £24 per hour with 6-hour minimum when required.

DDR packages range from £69-£99 per person incl VAT and include room hire, arrival refreshments, mid-morning/afternoon breaks, 2-course lunch, basic AV, stationery, Wi-Fi, and dedicated event management. Minimum numbers vary from 12-400 delegates depending on the package and date.

Chair covers cost £4.20 per chair, bows £2.40 each, candelabras and mirror centerpieces £10 per table, and ice buckets £2.50 each. Owl Lab for hybrid meetings costs £300 for up to 20 delegates. Stage lighting is £240 and various other decorative items are available at additional cost.
