Situated on the first floor of Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge Hotel, the Prescot Suite is a versatile event space overlooking the hotel's impressive reception. The Trinity Suite (main plenary) costs £8,100 incl VAT per day (reduced from £10,500), with maximum capacity of 237 in classroom layout. Syndicate rooms America and Ludgate cost £1,300 each per day (£2,600 total, reduced from £4,000). Day Delegate Rates start from £69 per person with minimum numbers varying by date and season.

Trinity Suite accommodates up to 237 in classroom layout, 700 in theatre when combined with Goodmans Suite, and 450 with dance floor for events. Syndicate rooms America and Ludgate each hold maximum 36 in boardroom setup. The Prescot Suite holds 18 boardroom, 50 theatre, 32 cabaret, or 15 u-shape.

Day Delegate Rates require minimum 12-16 delegates depending on the date, with rates varying from £69-£99 per person. The Prescot Suite has a minimum of 15 delegates for £69pp rates and 16 delegates for £99pp rates. Room hire only options are available without minimum delegate requirements.

The venue operates a 'Joint 1st option' system where multiple clients can hold the same space simultaneously. The first client to return a signed contract within three working days secures exclusive use. Option holds typically expire end of day on specified dates, and decisions are required by stated deadlines to maintain priority.

Basic projector and screen are included in room hire and DDR packages. Additional AV incurs charges: PA system £350-£950, microphones £66 each, AV technician £648 for maximum 8 hours (mandatory when booking 2+ microphones), lectern £64, and external AV £750 per day.

Foyer A & B and Atrium serve as catering/exhibition spaces. Some spaces require minimum spends: Harpley Suite has £4,500 incl VAT minimum spend on food & beverages, with shortfall allocated to room hire if not reached. DDR packages include standard refreshments and 2-course buffet lunch.

Standard event hours are 09:00-17:00, with some flexibility for 07:30-17:00 access. Complimentary setup access typically starts from 08:00-10:00 on event day. For parties, loud music must end at 23:00 with only soft background music until midnight, and carriages at 01:00.

External caterers must provide current employers liability insurance (minimum £5 million per incident), public liability insurance (minimum £5 million per incident), health and safety documents including HACCP, hygiene certification, food hygiene training records, and food safety certificates for all chefs working on the day.

For evening events, loud music must be turned down at 23:00 with only soft background music allowed until midnight. Security is available at £24 per hour with 6-hour minimum. The venue can accommodate DJs and dance floors, with various entertainment add-ons available including stage lighting at £240.

The venue reserves the right to change meeting spaces and may need to cancel bookings if another client adds rooms to existing events. Clients are notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or dates are offered. All rates and proposals are subject to change if event requirements are modified.
